New Student Admission Policy
Kindergarten/First Grade Admission Requirements:
- To be eligible for kindergarten admittance, children must be five years of age on or before September 1st.
- All students entering first grade must be six years of age on or before September 1st.
Step 1: An interested family should arrange a visit to the school to include a school tour and a get-acquainted visit with the administrator. The Application Form and Student Handbook are available here..
Step 2: Complete and return the form to the school office.
Step 3: We will request from the previous school (if applicable) a record of transcripts and standardized test scores.
Step 4: We will schedule a date for a brief assessment of the prospective student (the evaluation is very informal for incoming kindergarten students).
Step 5: We will schedule a date for a family interview at which time transcripts, standardized test scores and the evaluation will be reviewed and discussed with the family.
