Before and After Care
We are happy to be offering before and after care again this school year which will be led by Kh. Colleen Polson and Mrs. Mary Curry.
Location: Church Basement
Before care: 7:00-8:00 Monday – Thursday
After care: 3:00-5:00 Monday – Thursday
1. There is no After Care on Fridays.
2. Beginning at 5:06 late fees will be applied. Every additional 5 minutes will be billed at the rate of $5.00.
3. During Parent-Teacher Conferences, in October and February, students (PS-8th gr.) are released at 1:30. On those days, After Care will be available until 3:30.
4. Students who haven’t been picked up by 3:15, will join the other kids in After Care.
5. Please call or email the office if you need drop-in After Care on a particular day. It helps with staffing and planning.
6. After Care fees are billed at the end of each month. After Care Invoices/Statements are sent during the 1st week of the new month.
